By submitting the above form, each listed business and its respective owner(s) and/or officer(s) (individually and collectively, “you”) authorize Ruby Capital Group, as well as its representatives, affiliates, successors, assigns, and designees (collectively, “Recipients”), who may be involved in providing or acquiring commercial financing solutions, including but not limited to commercial loans with daily repayment options or the purchase of future receivables (collectively, “Transactions”), to obtain consumer, personal, business, and investigative credit reports and any other relevant information.
